How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I wear for my session?

For Myofascial Release sessions it is best to wear comfortable shorts, a bathing suit, or underwear. You are allowed to move and therefore should wear clothing that will protect your modesty without inhibiting motion. Direct contact with the body is necessary for Myofascial Release.  Many women choose to wear a sports bra and shorts or bathing suit bottoms.  For Deep tissue and treatments besides MFR, you may undress to your level of comfort and you will always be draped professionally.

What is your cancellation policy?

 We ask that you kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.  This courtesy allows us to schedule waiting clients. Except in cases of emergency, the cost of the session will be charged without 24 hours
advance notice. If you are delayed getting to your appointment, please notify by calling 386-503-8511.

How many sessions do I need?

 There is no set number of sessions.  With much experience, we have learned that those with longer standing more intense pain need more sessions in order to help you reach your pain reduction and motility goals.  Many people get relief within the first or first few sessions.  Results vary by the individual and treatments are individualized.  No two people have the exact same injuries or pain.  You are in control of how often you help your body heal.  Many choose to use therapy to keep them well.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, payment is due at time of service.  Massage Therapy is an out of network service according to Medical Insurance, so you are encouraged to check your benefits.  We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
